SOLUTION RIDDLE 7:

This puzzle is attributed to Albert Einstein, and reportedly said that only 2% of people are able to solve it . The truth is that there is a logical game very difficult if you have a little patience a  pencil and  paper. 

The solution is:

The person that born in Germany, likes coffee, smokes Prince and lives in the 4th house, which is green.

We can not be 100% sure that Einstein really was the author of this exquisite conundrum, but it certainly seems that the solution is the same Albert Einstein.
